Happy Thanksgiving!

Update: If you want to read more about my opinion on the Naked 3 palette, and to see swatches, read my full review here.

Happy Thanksgiving, guys!!

I received my Naked 3 palette yesterday and was playing around with it a little this morning. I'll have a whole review on that sometime next week. But for now, all you need to know is that i love it.

I was kind of hesitant because I don't have any shadows in the pink family, and wasn't sure if I could pull it off. But its definitely wearable, for everyone. To those of you who think that wearing pink-toned shadows will make you look tired or sick (I was that person) trust me, if applied with plenty of other neutral colors, it wont be a problem at all. Here's the look I came up with today. Using just 4 shades.

I wanted to mention that I used nooner (#4) in my crease, but it didn't show up in the picture at all! Its so hard to tell and I'm bummed that you can't see it because its one of my favorite shades. Its matte, and the perfect crease or transition color.

So, as you can see in the picture..
I used #1, strange, in the inner portion/tear duct, and brow bone.
I used #2, buzz, in the center of my eye
I used #3, nooner, in the crease and blended upward with #1
And I blended out #3, darkside, in the outer corner and a tiny bit into the crease
I then went back with #2, buzz, and packed a bit more in the center to make it pop! Of course that's not that visible in the picture either. Grr. I'll be sure to use my camera and great lighting next time.

I can't wait to do more looks, and do an entire tutorial with it. Hope you guys check back later for that. And don't forget about my Birchbox + Ulta Giftcard Giveaway here! Happy thanksgiving guys!
